Mental Health Check-in Check List:
🔲 Time out: Stop everything you’re doing.
🔲 Breathe: Notice it. Do nothing else for at least a few minutes.
🔲 Self-Awareness Inventory: How am I feeling?
🔲 Equanimity: Be an observer of your feelings, not a participant. Act, don’t react.
🔲 Be in the moment: Leave the future and the past where they belong.
🔲 Perspective/Gratitude: It could always be worse.
🔲 Reflect on triggers: What caused this episode, how can you manage triggers going forward?
